Shipping policy

Standard shipping on domestic items is 3-5 business days from the order date. This includes our 1-2 business days for processing. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. Please have items shipped to a trusted address. Once orders have been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via email. The Flourish Kollection is NOT responsible for delays caused by the carrier, natural disasters or holidays. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts, the item is returned to us and you will be notified via email.
